- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Incompetent staff. I am covered with insurance, and they couldn't figure out how to work their own front desk computer system to show it. Even called my insurance provider and verified my coverage and the two completely rude women at the front desk denied to service me due to their system error. Extremely frustrating when I've had the appointment over a few months, and took time from my workplace to make the appointment. I even had the paperwork filled out prior to my visit! Here is a tip; GI specialist in Douglasville. Greet your customers when they walk in the door.
