- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a patient for over 10 years. The doctors and staff are friendly the only reason I'm giving them a 2 star is because when it comes to calling back they are terrible. Or for refills. You literally have to keep on top of them to get them to send the prescription. They need to set up a better system for patient care. My urgent medicine always lapses because it takes them a week to send a refill they've been sending for years. Unfortunately I have to switch practices because I can't keep missing my medicine because they can't get it together.January 06, 2017by Maria Vaca
