  I went to this office to have a bridge done. Two months and 3 emergency visits for pain in the first week my teeth still are not done. I wasted visits for x ray because the machine was broken. The last appointment I was scheduled for 8:30 at 10:30 I had not been called back, and was told that it was going to be at least another hour before being called. The procedure was going to take about an hour. So this appointment was going to take about 5 hours. I still can not chew on that side of my mouth and my bite is still not closing evenly on both sides, because when the dentist put the second crown on the x ray machine was not working to check my bite. At this point I was done. I asked for a full refund to find another dentist. I talk with district manager (Stacy Delissio) who told me it would take 10 days as of now I have not receive the refund and the District manager is no longer taking calls. I have yet to talk to someone at the corporate office, they never answer the phones nor do they return calls. I am having to take this company to court to get my money back. While having to pay out of pocket again to have my teeth fixed without insurance because this company used up all my insurance benefits as well. I have never been so disappointed in a company.
