- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Hello everyone this week will be my last week with acceptance. I was with them 10 years or longer. I never had a wreck until 11/09/2015. They was the worst. I never received any calls from my adjuster Christina Cross or my total loss person Gretha MaClain. It was so bad I drove to the Corporate office in Nashville, Tn. That day she was like I going to overnite your check. That was Friday of last week. I call and call yesterday and I even left a message for their boss Ronald Tyler to call and no still didn't call me. Today I called back and the reception said it was mailed this morning and they did not overnight it. I am going to see who are over them to see what could be done.
